I love gardening and harvesting fresh produce—and I can and freeze dry just about everything. I also make homemade huckleberry jam, which is a favorite around here! Don’t get me wrong—I may not be the most graceful in nature and have been known to trip or tumble more often than I’d like to admit, but I love every minute of it. At home, I’m happily entertained by my two adorable dogs: Maggie Mae, an English Bulldog, and Tater Tot (also known as Tatersaurus), a French Bulldog.
